Become a crucial part of the Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF) as a full-time Health Policy Analyst in Dauphin, MB. Engage in research to enhance control and participation of the Red River Métis community.
In this pivotal role within the Health & Wellness Department, you will analyze health policies and programs while identifying opportunities for the Red River Métis. Your contributions will aid in developing capacity for sustainable community solutions through comprehensive research and collaboration with government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on social and political issues impacting negotiation processes
• Analyze existing government health policies and programs
• Prepare detailed proposals based on rigorous analysis
• Provide cost and comparative financial analysis for services
• Prepare quarterly reports for government presentation
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or relevant Bachelor's with experience
• Experience in public sector report preparation
• Knowledge of social policy and government administration
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Valid Manitoba Driver’s license and ability to travel
