• Coordinate and manage prescription drug coverage for patients
• Liaise with insurance companies and healthcare professionals to enhance reimbursement solutions
• Handle documentation and submissions to insurance and public funding programs
• Implement financial means testing to optimize patient prescription coverage
• Report all adverse events to the appropriate departments

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines

• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry
• Bilingualism in French and English
• Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
• Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
