Position: Chestnut Health Physiatry Physician Assistant
Location: Virden

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on comprehensive rehabilitation treatment plans

• Perform detailed patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations

• Adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes and independence

• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings actively

• Maintain timely electronic medical record documentation

Requirements:

• Current Physician Assistant license in the state

• Active Controlled Substance and DEA Licenses are preferred

• NCCPA Certification preferred

• Experience in orthopedic care is a plus

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
