Join Extendicare as a Full Time Rehabilitation Aide at Hillcrest Place in Brandon, Manitoba. Empower residents by helping them maintain independence through quality rehabilitation care.
You will directly work with residents under the guidance of Occupational and Physical Therapists. This role involves reporting changes in resident abilities, preparing necessary equipment for therapies, and assisting residents in developing daily living skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with therapists to implement rehabilitation plans
• Monitor and communicate resident progress
• Prepare and maintain rehabilitation equipment
• Support residents in using adaptive devices

Requirements:
• Therapy assistant diploma or equivalent experience
• Background in rehabilitation or geriatric care
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
