Join our pharmacy team as a Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant dedicated to excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Your role includes processing prescriptions and assisting our valued patients daily.
We seek an organized and detail-oriented professional to enhance our pharmacy operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members while assisting with prescription entries, medicine preparation, and customer inquiries. You'll measure up to the standards of our friendly pharmacy environment while ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process prescription orders accurately
• Prepare and package medications under pharmacist supervision
• Assist with workflow including filling and inventory management
• Provide professional customer service at the pharmacy counter
• Help manage prescription refills and insurance claims
Requirements:
• Pharmacy Assistant certification or relevant experience
• Familiarity with Kroll preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and accuracy
• Dependable and willing to learn
