Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engage Life programs and develop tailored service plans

• Offer diverse recreational activities with supervision

• Teach exercises and assist residents with fitness equipment

• Coordinate transportation for outside community events

• Publish a creative monthly program calendar on time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years' related experience

• Effective communication skills in English

• Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology

• Valid driver’s license and compliance with vehicle policies

• Ability to work in a clean and organized manner
