Provide compassionate care as a Health Care Aide, ensuring client dignity and independence. This role requires a Health Care Aide Certificate and current CPR training to deliver essential support.
As a Health Care Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities while nurturing their self-respect. Your responsibilities include following individualized care plans, documenting care provided, and reporting changes to the team leader.
Your role is pivotal in promoting health and independence for clients with varying needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in daily living tasks and hygiene
• Follow care plans and provide feedback for improvements
• Document client care and observations accurately
• Support mobility and ensure safety during activities
• Promote a clean and respectful environment
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and flexibly
• Experience with diverse populations and maintaining confidentiality
