Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary technical contact for customer accounts
• Oversee phased implementation and support customer growth
• Manage daily technical requests and configuration updates
• Collaborate with customers to optimize their workflows
• Provide technical support and document crucial interactions
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role
• Passionate about helping clients succeed with SaaS
• Experience in driving successful software implementations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
