Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end QE program delivery for large‑scale insurance platform implementations for Guidewire Claim Center.
  • Define and execute quality strategies, test automation frameworks, and continuous testing approaches aligned with agile and Dev Ops practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to embed shift‑left testing and early quality practices.
  • Manage and mentor distributed QE teams, fostering a high‑performance culture with strong accountability.
  • Drive consistent quality metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement across all delivery streams.
  • Partner with enterprise quality, infrastructure, and CI/CD teams to integrate quality into the entire software delivery lifecycle.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency using automation, virtualization, and integration with CI/CD pipeline.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering with at least 3+ years in a QE program management or leadership role.
  • Strong hands‑on technical background in test automation (UI, API, performance, and data validation).
  • Deep understanding of Guidewire policy center, billing center testing and architecture.
  • Experience in the P&C insurance domain, including policy lifecycle, billing, claims, and rating engines.
  • Proven track record managing complex QE programs with multiple teams, vendors, and releases.
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, Postman, Git Hub, Jenkins, JIRA, and Tosca.

  • Exposure to performance engineering, data quality, and production monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog).
