Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the intake process for Mar Tech requests

• Coordinate user access and governance compliance

• Track and report on SLAs and intake outcomes

• Maintain governance documentation and logs

• Support UAT coordination and cross-team communication

Requirements:

• 4-6 years in a support or operations coordination role

• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms

• Strong organization and process management skills

• Experience with ticketing and issue management tools

• Proficient in collaboration applications such as Excel
