As a Technical Customer Success Manager at Axon, you will be the main technical contact for key customers, ensuring they leverage Axon’s products effectively.

Your role involves collaborating with various teams, providing project management support, and influencing product development based on customer feedback. This position is remote initially with a gradual transition to a hybrid model based in Brandon, Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer agencies

• Develop expertise in Axon’s Records and Productivity Suite

• Collaborate on aligning Axon solutions with agency workflows

• Administer functional acceptance testing for Axon solutions

• Deliver training sessions on Axon workflows
Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields or equivalent experience

• Experience with law enforcement or public safety organizations

• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and APIs

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
