Director of UX Liferaft

Position: Director of UX for Liferaft
Lead the user experience vision at Liferaft as the Director of UX, with hybrid and remote options available. Influence design principles and drive usability outcomes across our platform.

In this senior, hands-on role, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer and own the end-to-end usability of Liferaft's products. You will define UX strategy, ensuring a cohesive user experience as the platform scales. Close collaboration with product and engineering teams is essential in delivering efficient, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define a cohesive UX vision and guiding principles

• Own usability outcomes across Liferaft's platform

• Establish design standards and interaction workflows

• Ensure timely UX delivery ahead of engineering

• Coach designers and engineers on UX best practices

Requirements:

• 10+ years in UX or product design

• 5+ years in a senior leadership role

• Strong interaction design and workflow modeling skills

• Experience with design systems and UX standards

• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment
