Director of Information Technology

Technology Solve is seeking a commercially minded and technically accomplished Director of IT to lead our technical delivery organization and help drive sustainable revenue growth. This senior leadership role is accountable for service quality, team performance, client success, project execution and the expansion of revenue across managed services, cybersecurity, cloud and technology projects. The successful candidate will combine strong MSP leadership with sound business judgment.

You will ensure clients receive reliable, secure and professional service while building the people, processes and commercial discipline required to scale Technology Solve.

• Own and advance revenue growth across recurring managed services, cybersecurity offerings, cloud solutions and project-based work.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners and senior client stakeholders, translating business needs into practical technology roadmaps and investment recommendations.
• Identify qualified opportunities within the existing client base and support new business development through discovery, solution design, scoping and executive-level presentations.
• Provide accurate technical input for proposals, quotations, project estimates and service agreements, with clear attention to value, risk, margin and delivery capacity.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, project backlog, recurring revenue opportunities and commercial performance in partnership with ownership.

• Lead the technical delivery teams responsible for service desk, infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud, networking, cybersecurity and client projects.
• Establish clear priorities, resource plans and performance expectations to ensure responsive support, disciplined execution and consistent follow-through.
• Oversee technician scheduling, service capacity, on-call coverage, critical incidents and escalations, taking direct ownership when senior intervention is required.
• Maintain strong standards for cybersecurity, documentation, change control, quality assurance and technical consistency across client environments.
• Ensure projects are properly scoped, scheduled, resourced, communicated and delivered to agreed outcomes.

• Recruit, coach and develop technical employees while fostering accountability, collaboration, professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Define and monitor practical operating metrics for service quality, client satisfaction, utilization, project delivery, team capacity, revenue and profitability.
• Improve service processes, tooling, standards and reporting to support efficient growth without compromising client experience or security.
• Work closely with ownership on business planning, service development, organizational priorities and the continued expansion of Technology Solve.
• Represent Technology Solve professionally with clients, partners, vendors and the broader business community.

• Demonstrated leadership experience within an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) or a comparable multi-client technology services environment.
• Proven responsibility for technical operations, service delivery teams and client-facing technology outcomes.
• Experience contributing to revenue growth through account development, solution design, quoting, project scoping or technology sales.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, endpoint management and modern IT service delivery.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, communicate clearly and operate with a high degree of ownership.
