Location: Dauphin
Dauphin Consumers Co-operative Ltd. invites applications for a full-time Driver/Sales position based at our Dauphin Agrolocation. This role combines driving duties with customer relations in a vital agriculture supply chain.
Candidates must exhibit strong customer service abilities and follow necessary safety regulations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve delivering dry fertilizer and ammonia, performing safety checks, and maintaining equipment. Preparing and completing logbooks and reports is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver dry fertilizer and ammonia to customers
• Provide superior sales assistance and customer service
• Conduct daily checks and maintain vehicle logs
• Operate and care for all tools and equipment safely
• Adhere to pertinent safety codes and regulations
Requirements:
• Class 1 License with necessary air endorsement
• Knowledge of ELD systems for tracking purposes
• Experience in bulk handling of petroleum products
• Self-motivated with a mature demeanor
• Basic knowledge of crop inputs and delivery methods
