As a key player in our logistics operations, you will be responsible for coordinating less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, securing freight quotes, and managing delivery performance. Your work directly impacts our production schedules and customer needs, requiring excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, supporting customers with timely updates and information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily LTL shipments based on production and customer requirements
• Secure freight quotes and choose cost-effective carriers
• Prepare shipping documents, including ASNs and bills of lading
• Track outbound shipments and resolve delivery performance issues
• Communicate shipment status with customers and internal teams
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent;
Business Administration is an asset
• Minimum 2 years in logistics or transportation roles
• Experience with LTL freight coordination
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
