Order Processing Specialist Packers

This position reports to the Order Processing Supervisor, responsible for all order processing functions. Your focus will be on ensuring on-time deliveries and managing various customer needs, including domestic and international billing. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in SAP or Microsoft Excel are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bill domestic and international customer orders

• Coordinate daily orders with Distribution and Traffic

• Liaise with CFIA, USDA, and Customer Service

• Prepare and assign government documents

• Complete Driver paperwork accurately

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education

• Transportation logistics experience is an asset

• Proficient in SAP and Excel applications

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
