As
** a Maintenance Supervisor**, you will support the smooth operation of our villages by coordinating maintenance tasks, overseeing contractors, and ensuring our environments are safe, functional and beautifully maintained. This is a role where you can see the real impact of your work every day improving comfort, safety and wellbeing for the residents.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will backfill for the maintenance officer by coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance across the village. You will oversee contractors, ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain equipment and grounds, and support the Village Manager and Asset Manager with planning and reporting.
With strong practical skills and a commitment to excellent service, you will:
Complete maintenance tasks safely, efficiently and to a high standard Manage work requests, prioritising and allocating tasks as needed
You are a practical, safety conscious and customer focused professional with strong maintenance skills and a commitment to supporting older residents.
Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and building industry equipment Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook Skilled at prioritising and managing multiple tasks and respectful people of all faiths and backgrounds.
