As part of Super 8 Brandon (Crocus Lodge Inc.), you will take responsibility for the upkeep of all hotel systems. Your expertise will be vital for performing minor repairs on heating and cooling, plumbing systems, and conducting safety checks. This full-time position also involves handling heavy furniture and executing other maintenance duties like painting and minor drywall repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make adjustments to HVAC and plumbing systems
• Conduct safety checks throughout the hotel
• Move heavy hotel equipment and furniture
• Handle minor appliance repairs swiftly
• Complete routine tasks including painting and more
Requirements:
• Must have completed secondary school
• Minimum of 2 years building maintenance experience required
