This full-time position is ideal for high school or post-secondary students aged 16 and up, who are committed to returning to studies in the fall. Responsibilities involve working with grounds maintenance equipment and supporting maintenance staff in keeping the exterior of buildings and grounds in excellent condition. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support maintenance staff with grounds upkeep

• Operate and maintain grounds-related equipment

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas

• Collaborate with team members for effective operations

• Notify Supervisor when additional assistance is needed

Requirements:

• Full-time student, Grade 10 or above

• Experience with grounds equipment operation

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Excellent communication skills
