We're hiring an Exterior Cleaning Technician with a starting wage of $20-25/hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities include pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute pressure washing on assigned surfaces

• Soft wash houses and commercial buildings daily

• Clean windows using traditional tools and techniques

• Handle and maintain cleaning equipment effectively

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license a must

• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs

• Comfortable with heights and working on ladders

• Strong focus on detail and work ethic

• Capable of both independent and team work
