Position: Facility Maintenance Technician Prairie Mountain Health

As a Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and appearance of buildings and grounds, conducting essential repairs while adhering to safety standards. Candidates must be well-versed in trades including plumbing and electrical work, with a commitment to preventative measures. You will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and assist in emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain buildings and grounds for safety standards

• Perform preventive maintenance on facilities equipment

• Respond to emergency calls and include fire alarms

• Manage logging of maintenance repairs and activities

• Participate in team-based and independent tasks

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in building trades

• Class 5 Drivers Licence from Manitoba

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT applications

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work well in diverse teams
