Casual Building Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Casual Building Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and general upkeep of our facility. This position is for up to 10 hours per week and offers flexible, casual employment.

The Building Manager will work independently and collaboratively with volunteers while consulting with the Administrator and Custodian. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying maintenance needs, coordinating repairs, monitoring property-related expenses to ensure budget compliance, and helping ensure the facility meets applicable local building codes and fire safety regulations.
