This full-time position requires following maintenance schedules and coordinating services with nursing staff. You will take responsibility for reporting incidents, performing routine repairs, and maintaining resident comfort through efficient facility management. Strengthening the upkeep of grounds and equipment is vital to ensuring a successful maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow maintenance schedules for assigned areas

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs

• Clean windows, screens, and replace light bulbs

• Replenish maintenance supplies as needed

• Report equipment malfunctions to your supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum education:

10th grade

• Ability to handle independent decision-making

• Experience in maintenance or repair tasks

• Knowledge of safety precautions and practices

• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
