Canada Packers seeks a Maintenance Supervisor with at least three years of supervisory experience in industrial settings. This role requires a technical diploma/ticket and strong proficiency in using CMMS/EAM systems. You will coach your team to ensure optimal asset performance and compliance with safety standards while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coach the Maintenance team
• Oversee maintenance work for operational effectiveness
• Provide technical assistance during equipment repairs
• Manage work prioritization and emergency tasks
• Conduct quarterly audits of tradespeople skills
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Technical diploma or engineering degree preferred
• Experience with medium/heavy equipment and automated systems
• Familiarity with health & safety regulations
• Strong planning and analytical skills
