Join the Grandview Post Acute team as a Maintenance Assistant, where you will ensure the upkeep of grounds and facilities in a safe environment. Focus on efficient operational practices and adherence to health regulations.
In this full-time role, you will perform essential tasks such as maintaining the physical condition of the facility, coordinating with nursing services, and reporting any incidents. Compliance with established policies is critical to maintaining safety and resident comfort while supporting routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure maintenance schedules are strictly adhered to
• Repair plumbing and electrical systems as needed
• Assist in maintaining grounds and cleaning tasks
• Document and report any maintenance issues
• Follow safety protocols during maintenance activities
Requirements:
• Education level:
At least 10th grade
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively
• Prior experience in maintenance roles preferred
• Good reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to lift heavy equipment when required
