Snow Removal Crew Lead

Lead sidewalk snow removal for Westman Groundworks with route organization and equipment operation during winter conditions. This on-call position depends on weather.

As Snow Shovel Crew Lead, you will lead and work alongside a sidewalk-clearing crew. You will organize routes, assign work, clear snow and ice, and operate snow blowers and sidewalk equipment. The position requires short-notice availability, long shifts, and communication with supervisors.

• Lead and work alongside sidewalk-clearing crew members
• Organize routes and assign snow-removal work
• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, steps, entrances
• Operate snow blowers and sidewalk-clearing equipment
• Inspect properties and document completed work

• Valid Class 5 driver's licence
• Phone with an active data plan
• Ability to lead crews and work independently
• Ability to perform physical work in harsh winter conditions
• Dependability and short-notice availability
