Environmental Services Housekeeping Aide

Support patient and workplace safety in Roblin as an Environmental Services Aide specializing in housekeeping, infection control, and cleaning services.
This Clinical Support position works under an Environmental Services Manager or Supervisor. The role assists with housekeeping, laundry, inspections, inventory, and established schedules. Duties follow departmental procedures, infection control guidelines, government regulations, and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean assigned areas using approved equipment and products
Perform washing, mopping, waxing, vacuuming, polishing, and dusting
Inspect assigned areas before completing each shift
Clean equipment, bed frames, mattresses, and waste receptacles
Restock housekeeping carts, supplies, and assigned areas
Requirements:
Grade 9 education under Manitoba standards
Demonstrated dexterity and efficient work methods
Organizational skills and ability to work independently
Problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and positive working relationships
