Assistant Branch Manager at ACU

This full-time, on-site role reports to the Branch Manager and is pivotal in achieving ACU's values-based banking goals. You will cultivate a proactive service delivery environment, ensuring exceptional member satisfaction and engagement. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you'll contribute to strategic initiatives and community involvement, enhancing the branch's performance and member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop front-line team members through coaching

• Create a proactive advice and service delivery culture

• Oversee service delivery targets and performance progress

• Facilitate digital adoption and engage with team members

• Champion ACU’s commitment to community and diversity

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in a financial institution

• Proficiency in French, both written and verbal

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of lending and investment solutions

• Digital literacy and operational understanding
