This role involves assembling trusses, maintaining a safe and efficient workspace, and working closely with team members to ensure high‑quality production.

• Comfortable using common hand tools and accurately reading tape measurements in feet, inches, and sixteenths.
• Able to understand and follow written job instructions.
• Clear communicator in both spoken and written formats.
• Dependable team contributor with a strong commitment to safety.
• Organized, attentive to detail, and able to stay productive throughout the shift.
• Open to learning new skills and offering suggestions that support ongoing improvement efforts.

• Prepare the workstation at the start of each assignment in coordination with the Team Leader.
• Construct trusses in line with company standards and training.
• Monitor the quality of materials, tools, and completed work, reporting any problems as needed.
• Keep the area neat and orderly during operations, and before leaving for the day.
• Follow proper safety practices when using equipment and machinery.

• Hourly starting wage: $19.50.
