Position: Hands-On Mechanical Lead Hand Role
Take charge as a Lead Hand in the Mechanical Install team at Glendale Industries, located in Brandon, MB. Your hands-on leadership will ensure production efficiency and team skill development.

As a Lead Hand, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting your mechanical team in daily operations. Ensuring safety and production quality will be your top priority. You will also mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative environment under the guidance of the Tank Production Manager, focusing on efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Mechanical Install team

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Lead by example on the production floor

• Mentor and develop team members' skills

• Coordinates activities for optimal productivity

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical expertise necessary

• Three years' experience beneficial, but not required

• Mechanical trade training is an asset

• Capacity to perform under pressure

• Strength to lift and handle heavy loads
