This role is ideal for seasoned supervisors who can guide production employees in compliant and safe shipping practices. You will be involved in audits aimed at process enhancements while promoting a culture of positive communication and teamwork. Your leadership will be key in driving daily operational successes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and supervision to production staff
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and audits
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations

• Be available for overtime work as needed
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing
