Position: Evening Supervisory Role Packers
Elevate your career as a General Supervisor during PM shifts at Canada Packers. Focus on safety and drive production efficiencies in the pork industry.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee a team of Production Supervisors to guarantee operational success. Your leadership will promote a safety-first culture, supporting continuous improvement initiatives while maximizing efficiencies throughout the production lines. Engage with cross-functional teams to foster an environment of communication and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly lead the team of Production Supervisors

• Enforce health and safety regulations effectively

• Maintain open lines of communication with QA and Maintenance

• Evaluate performance standards in yields and efficiencies

• Advocate for continuous improvement within operational processes
Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience

• Excellent communication and team-building skills

• Proven commitment to manufacturing best practices

• Knowledge of HACCP is a plus

• Strong computer and decision-making capabilities
