Production Supervisor Packers

As a key player in our manufacturing team, you will provide leadership and guidance to production employees. With 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience, you will ensure efficient production and cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere. Your commitment to safety and good manufacturing practices will be essential to achieving departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise hourly production team members

• Manage safe and efficient production processes

• Participate in production audits as needed

• Drive improvements in manufacturing efficiencies and quality

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent education

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Well-developed English communication skills

• Proven leadership and initiative in challenging settings

• Knowledge of HACCP and safety regulations is a plus
