The Overnight Baker works independently, ensuring all baked goods meet high standards of quality and consistency. You will be responsible for operating bakery equipment, monitoring baking times, and maintaining food safety standards. This role requires a genuine enthusiasm for baking and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of products per company recipes
• Operate proofer, ovens, and bread slicer efficiently
• Monitor proofing and baking times for product consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
• Work independently and responsibly during shifts
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous baking experience is an asset
• Ability to work overnight hours effectively
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Reliable and enthusiastic about baking
