Position: Permanent Sanitation & Production Workers

We are seeking enthusiastic Production and Sanitation Workers for our Brandon plant. Positions span various departments, including packaging and sanitation, and require physical readiness and adherence to food safety requirements. Teamwork is essential for maintaining a hygienic and efficient production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in hog processing for fresh product output

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the plant

• Work effectively at required line speeds

• Use high-pressure washing and sanitizing equipment

• Operate scissor lifts and jitneys as necessary

Requirements:

• Experience in production or food processing is advantageous

• Physically capable of lifting up to 27kg (60 lbs.)

• Committed to safety and hygiene practices

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a unionized, multicultural setting
