Koch Fertilizer Canada is seeking a Rotating Equipment Technician to enhance safety and reliability in Brandon, Manitoba. This field-oriented role focuses on maintaining critical rotating assets across production units.

As a Rotating Equipment Specialist, you will support maintenance and operations within ammonia, nitric acid, and urea production units.

Your role involves diagnosing equipment problems, troubleshooting rotating machinery, and implementing corrective actions while adhering to safety principles. You will work collaboratively with engineering and external service providers to ensure high-performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot compressors and steam turbines effectively

• Apply Zero-SIF principles for machinery safety

• Provide technical leadership for maintenance activities

• Conduct root-cause failure analyses and reliability improvements

• Develop content for CMMS work orders and turnaround scopes

Requirements:

• Red Seal Millwright or Machinist certification

• Experience with rotating equipment maintenance

• Proficiency in precision maintenance practices

• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and manuals

• Legally entitled to work in Canada
