Join our team at Standard Aero as a Welder I, requiring a minimum of three years of welding experience. In this role, you'll produce components by interpreting blueprints and operating welding tools, while also participating in ongoing process enhancements. You will cross-train to support production needs, always adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create parts to meet specified drawings
• Interpret blueprints and welding specifications effectively
• Operate brazing and metal shaping equipment
• Engage in continuous improvement processes
• Expand skill set through cross-training opportunities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years welding experience required
• Completion of a welding apprenticeship preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
