Key Responsibilities:

• Track participation and engagement metrics for improvement
Requirements:
• 2+ years in leadership in senior living or volunteer management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Strong skills in organizational communication and event planning
• Experience with engagement technology is preferred
• Valid driver's license if required
