This position involves effective communication and coordination with healthcare teams. You will manage medication administration and oversee care documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and maintain up-to-date resident care assessments

• Order, store, and administer medications according to safety protocols

• Engage residents and families in care planning and education

• Supervise medication administration by unregulated care staff

• Coordinate responses to emergencies and health changes

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse credential in Manitoba required

• Experience in senior care and interdisciplinary teamwork

• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

• Familiarity with digital tools and software applications
