In this essential role, you will plan and provide specialized nursing to patients in the newborn intensive care unit. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients
• Plan care according to unit philosophy and guidelines
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and policies

Requirements:
• Registration as a practicing RN with the BC College
• Graduate or enrolled in neonatal nursing specialty program
• Current NRP certification required
• Recent NICU experience within the last 2 years
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
