Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and document health assessments and care plans
• Administer medications and supervise drug safety
• Lead care conferences coordinating with families
• Supervise unregulated care providers in delivering care
• Manage emergency responses to changing resident conditions
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse license in Manitoba
• Knowledge of gerontology and long-term care
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening completed
