As a Registered Nurse working under the Director of Health and Wellness, you'll perform thorough resident assessments and participate in care conferences.

Your role involves maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating emergency responses, and supervising the administration of medications by Unregulated Care Providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct resident care assessments and document changes

• Assist in scheduling and participating in care conferences

• Administer medications safely following policies

• Supervise residents’ self-medication assessments

• Manage nursing team assignments for efficient care

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse registration in your province

• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers

• Ability to communicate effectively and manage time

• Strong clinical knowledge and delegation skills

• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
