Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness, you will perform resident care assessments and help develop care plans. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is crucial as you facilitate resident transitions and lead care conferences. Your ability to supervise nursing students and delegate tasks ensures efficient care delivery throughout your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and document resident care assessments and service plans

• Coordinate care conferences and communicate changes to the team

• Administer medications in compliance with safety standards

• Educate residents and their families on care processes

• Supervise Unregulated Care Providers in medication administration

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse registration in your province

• Experience working with seniors and care providers

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Recent Vulnerable Position Screening completed
