As a Nurse II, you will provide essential nursing services to patients, aligning your practice with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba standards and the Regulated Health Professions Act. Candidates should possess active licensure, alongside proficiency in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and prior experience in an ICU setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care following professional standards
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and competencies
• Foster positive relationships with patients and staff
• Carry out assigned nurse duties effectively
• Engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement
Requirements:
• Licensure with CRNM or eligible for it
• Valid BCLS, ACLS, PALS certification
• One year ICU experience within last three years
• Strong clinical competencies
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
