Make a difference in patient outcomes as a Clinical Resource Nurse at Prairie Mountain Health. Provide expert nursing leadership, coordinate care, and enhance nursing practices on-site.
Under the guidance of the Client Care Coordinator, this position focuses on improving patient care quality through guiding nursing staff and assisting with charge nurse functions. Candidates should possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing, along with three years of relevant clinical experience. Responsibilities include evaluating nursing care plans and implementing individualized care with effective team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert direct care to patients and families
• Guide nursing staff in daily care activities
• Evaluate and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Maintain updated knowledge of unit patient status
• Assist in developing policies and maintaining standards
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Three years clinical nursing experience required
• Valid Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse license
• Certifications in relevant areas preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
