Achieving a standard of excellence in nursing and psychiatric nursing education demands the efforts of excellent instructors. The Faculty of Health Studies offers four-year programs leading to a Bachelor of Nursing (Brandon) and Bachelor of Science in Psychiatric Nursing (Brandon and Winnipeg).
The Department of Psychiatric Nursing (Brandon campus) is seeking Contract Academic Staff to teach the following courses (in-person) for Brandon University in the 2026/2027 academic year:
Term 1 – Theory:
69:251 Principles of Health Assessment (Wednesday & Friday ) (3 credit hours)
69:257 Fundamentals of Psychiatric Nursing Practice II (Monday & Friday ) (3 credit hours)
Term 2 – Theory:
69:252 Psychopharmacology (Friday ) (3 credit hours)
69:253 Fundamentals of Psychiatric Nursing Practice III (Tuesday ) (3 credit hours)
** These courses may be delivered in an online synchronous format, but preference will be given to qualified candidates who are able to teach in-person.
