Reporting to the Director of Care, your mission as an LPN will be to provide comprehensive nursing care, conducting assessments and implementing care plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate assessments and maintain records

• Implement and adjust care plans as needed

• Coordinate and lead care conferences

• Ensure compliance in medication administration

• Educate and support resident families on care protocols

Requirements:

• Active LPN registration in your province/state

• Preference for experience in senior care

• Strong time management and care coordination skills

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification

• Ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
