Location: Dauphin
Drive nursing excellence as a Clinical Mentor with Prairie Mountain Health in Dauphin, PA. This full-time Nurse III role focuses on mentorship and developing nursing teams for optimal care delivery.
As a Clinical Mentor, you will guide nurses through skill development and clinical practice, ensuring high standards of patient care. Applicants need a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and applicable licensure, along with a minimum of three years' clinical experience. Your leadership will foster a collaborative team approach to nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate clinical mentorship for nursing staff
• Engage in effective patient care collaboration
• Provide feedback and support for ongoing education
• Monitor nursing practice adherence to guidelines
• Lead debriefing sessions after challenging situations
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
• Active practicing licensure as a Registered Nurse
• At least three years recent clinical nursing experience
• Certification in Adult Education preferred
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) training
