As a Nurse II, you will uphold professional responsibilities while practicing within the guidelines of the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba. You’ll need to demonstrate clinical nursing skills, problem-solving capabilities, and competence with electronic software programs. You'll also be expected to foster positive relationships with both clients and colleagues to enhance patient care and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and clients
• Follow nursing standards, policies, and procedures
• Uphold ethical practices as per Canadian Nurses Association
• Maintain competencies relevant to the role
• Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Active practicing licensure with CRNM
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Understanding of clinical nursing concepts and skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Satisfactory employment record required
