Safety and Health Coordinator for City

As the Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator, you will ensure a safe working environment by supervising safety programs and engaging all employees in proactive safety practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety program development across the organization

• Oversee the performance and growth of safety staff

• Coordinate workplace safety audits and training

• Manage Workers Compensation Board program compliance

• Analyze safety trends and prepare comprehensive reports

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least five years' experience in safety and health

• Valid First Aid with CPR-C certification

• Class 5 driver’s license required

• Minimum three years' supervisory experience
